Description
This eight-unit property with three garages/storage units in the rear sits on the edge of downtown – right inside the IDL and a few blocks north of the SOBO district. The four-story property includes a number of floorplans, including one- and two-bedroom units. The 1930s brick development has retained its historical charm while welcoming modern, sleek designs through recent renovations.
Purchased in 2019, four units were completely renovated (the other four renovated previously), which included opening up and introducing brick into the living spaces through custom walls and bars with white oak tops. In the kitchen, new cabinets and countertops were installed, along with new hardware and appliances.
